Lorenzo Electric did a great job fixing my electrical panel. I was having issues with sparking and power going out, and he came out, explained what needed to be done, and got it fixed. Our power went out, but it didn’t seem like a normal outage since a couple rooms still had power. I called but they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day, which I completely understood. Lorenzo called me back right after and said, “send me your address, we’ll be there ASAP.” That level of customer service meant so much to us. Super appreciative of him going out of his way to help!
