Chris from AC Benton Electric was an absolute pro. Easy to talk to, discussed options with us, and completed work efficiently and professionally. Many contractors give the industry a bad name. AC B Electric is reversing that trend.

Chris from A/C Benton Electric is a liar. He could have called and given me a courtesy notice that he couldn't make the appointment he scheduled with me for Tuesday, 1/28/25 at noon. When I called him to see where he was because it was after 5 PM on Tuesday, he said he had scheduled me for Wednesday at noon, instead. Per our previous conversation, we had agreed for Tuesday, 1/28/2025. He told me he would come by the following day on Wednesday at the same time. I told him no, that I want him in the morning. He responded by saying he couldn't make it until after 9:30 AM. Guess what, he lied again. He didn't show or call. Worst customer service ever and he's a liar!
