Travis was absolutely dreadful with working for my mom just this last month he had his wife show up with him and they were absolutely rude and unprofessional especially his wife that kept arguing with him and did not crack one smile both seemed very miserable we were gonna have a big job for them to work on our store we’re opening in few weeks but we’ve decided to go with someone else now for obvious reasons will be letting others know not to use them. 0 stars-
A guy came out for a service call and couldn't figure out the problem. Very unprofessional was cussing up a storm cause he couldn’t figure it out. We asked for a bid to rewire and upgrade panel. They agreed, and then we never heard from them again. 14 months later they send me a bill for over $500! I never verbally agreed to anything. And there’s no paperwork. I never signed off on any work. I eventually hired another company and from begging to payment the job was done in 1 hour.
Awesome employees. The person who helped me was Darryl, he’s very knowledge-able and knows what to check for, and gets the job done quick (asap). I live in a 1960’s mobile home/trailer, and the power outage issue I was having got solved. Took a little while to figure out what the stinkin problem was, but we got it resolved. Thank you guys very much for fixing my house :) :)
