Electrify My Home

Electrify My Home helped us navigate what heat pump configuration would work for our home, and installed a 5 head Quilt setup in our Eichler in Terra Linda. Daniel, Lupe and Thomas did a great job working carefully around our old home, and were very knowledgeable how to solve difficult lineset routing given we have no crawl space or attic to work with. We've very happy with the Quilt setup, Quilt app and dial's, and to have cooling as well as a much more efficient heating system compared to the hydronic natural gas system we have been running over the winter.

Xavier (AKA X) is a great team leader and also cute. His soft 80's music was warming. When one of his team members asked him a question, he answered with a question. Traits of a great leader and trainer. Thomas blew us away once we figured out who his parents were. Couldn't believe the little kid is now a man with hair in his eyes and he did great work. Daniel was awesome figuring out our dumpster fire for a home. His smooth jazz voice put us at ease. Andre was awesome. We did feel bad that he was vertically challenged when working with the intake vent, but did a great job and it looks great. Dave (the electrician) and his padewan (sorry can't remember her) explained what they were doing, got our input and got the job done. Dominic was out initial contact and came into measure and crawl into our attic. The little fella fit great up there. We enjoyed having everyone at our house through this process. We have already recommended your services to our neighbors and have had them over for show and tell. Our new units have been working great and we are very happy with the experience and end product. It was great working with Electrify My Home from start to finish. The no visit estimate with Nic, even though it wasn't on site, was quite thorough and he allocated plenty of time to discuss different possible variations. The install team of Dom, Daniel, Neptali, and David were flexible and dedicated in solving an on the ground issue, making sure they left everything in the right. Communication was excellent throughout. Thanks for the seamless HPWH install!
