Go Brilliant Electric did an excellent job installing a Level 2 charger we bought for our electric SUV at home.  We actually used them twice to accommodate a newer SUV with a different charging port.  They handled everything end to end, including design, permits, and installation, and were professional throughout. Cristian (the manager) and Jason delivered high‑quality work and were very accommodating, even when Wi‑Fi issues on our side delayed the final programming to the next day. A few weeks later, we made a mistake in plugging and unplugging the charger, which required urgent remedial work. Cristian quickly sent Angel, who did an excellent job fixing it and showed us the correct way to connect it. Their prices are reasonable for the quality and reliability they provide. Go Brilliant Electric is the one‑stop licensed shop for home EV charger installations and is indeed a great choice. Go for Go!

Brilliant Electric has been the service provider of our lab for quite some time now. Efficient appointment setting, great staff, and very knowledgeable. We’ve worked with a variety of their staff members, Angel, Jackson, Chanel to name a few, and they’ve been awesome. We had an electrical nightmare a few years ago in the lab with one of our industrial bottle washers, and Frank and team expertly handled it. Had a dangerous short in our switch box over the weekend and called Go Brilliant on a Saturday and they came out quickly. After diagnosing the problem and making sure the remaining wiring was safe they came back Monday morning to rewire the box and add a new junction box. Angel and Carlos were great and explained things with great clarity. Very appreciative of the prompt professional service.
