My experience with this company in northern california was unfortunately below expectations. While the work itself appeared to be handled adequately, my interaction with one member of the maintenance crew was disappointing. A technician who arrived on site displayed an unprofessional attitude when approached with a question regarding the service being performed. When I respectfully asked for clarification, his responses were curt and dismissive, and the tone remained unnecessarily confrontational throughout the interaction. Clear communication and professionalism are especially important when working directly with clients. I hope the company addresses this matter internally, as improved customer service would significantly enhance the overall experience.
