It’s frustrating to see a company like Wire Works blatantly disregard accessibility rules by parking their truck in a handicap zone, especially during a routine bank visit. Handicap spaces are there for a reason—to ensure people with disabilities have equal access to essential places like banks. When a company vehicle takes up one of these spots, it’s not just an inconvenience; it can completely derail someone’s day, forcing them to navigate a parking lot that might already be a challenge. I get it—sometimes parking is tight, and a quick stop might seem harmless. But Wire Works should know better. A business truck in a handicap spot sends a message of carelessness, especially if it’s a pattern rather than a one-off. There’s no excuse for not finding a legal spot, even if it means walking a few extra steps. It’s a small price to pay to avoid screwing over someone who actually needs that space. If this was a one-time thing, maybe they were in a rush or didn’t notice the signage—stuff happens. But if Wire Works is making a habit of this, it’s a lousy look for the company. They’d do well to train their drivers to respect these zones or risk ticking off customers who notice. People see this kind of thing, and it sticks with them—usually not in a good way. Shape up, Wire Works. Do the right thing and park where you’re supposed to.
Electric Vehicle Charger installation. Dave is our coastside local best! He was able to inspect and quote a price right away and once my ChargePoint charger arrived he did the job the next day! New 60A conduit circuit and wall-mount unit. He is very knowlegable and experienced with all electric vehicles and charger models and how to make it all work. I’m very satisfied — Thanks, Dave!
He replaced our electrical box and it was done illegally and improperly. It's so bad we had to get another electrician because he didn't place a grounding wire. We now have to pay 2800 ontop of the 1800 we paid him to do the job wrong.
Acerca de Wire Works Electrical Contractor
Wire Works Electrical Contractor receives mixed feedback from customers in Half Moon Bay. On the positive side, Dave is praised for his knowledge and efficiency, particularly with EV charger installations, quickly providing quotes and completing jobs like a 60A conduit circuit and wall-mount unit installation the day after materials arrived. However, some customers report significant concerns, including one who claims an electrical box replacement was done improperly without a grounding wire, requiring costly additional repairs, and another who criticized the company's vehicle for parking in a handicap space.
