They were able to send a technician out the same day that I called. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job of removing all the wiring and extra lights that were part of the problem. I appreciate the friendly and prompt service. This place had a good reputation. But. Took two days to even get a call back. Appointment was scheduled and the quarter no-show no called. When I complained, he showed up at my door an hour late acting as if nothing had happened. No apology for my wasted time. if he is not good enough at math to recognize what time he has appointments I don’t think he’s going to do a very good job quoting the electric job. Best electric has a good reputation. Too bad for this bad apple.
