Fitch Electric

I called the folks over at Fitch this morning to service our Generac standby generator that refused to start during a power outage. I kid you not, from the time I got off the phone with the service manager to when the tech arrived at my door was under 10 minutes. The contract wasn't even in my inbox yet and the tech had finished their work on the generator and got it back up and running. By far the fastest and most responsive home service business I have worked with. Will definitely call Fitch for any generator needs going forward.

Had a great experience with Lucas and his team. They were honest, professional, and did an excellent job on my project to install Tesla EV charger with permit and lightning + camera fixtures. There was a situation where they could have easily charged me more, but instead Lucas identified that the issue appeared to be on PG&E’s side and advised me to contact them first. Thanks to his honesty and expertise, PG&E resolved the problem at no cost. I highly recommend Lucas and his team.
