We would recommend Ed every time. We bought a brand new GE refrigerator, got it home and into the house. It was a display model and the guy helping us was supposed to take it out of demo mode. He didn’t and the store we bought it from closed at 5pm. We called GE and they informed us that all of their techs were gone for the weekend. Come on, multimillion dollar corporation and no tech help?!? We started to panic because our food was in coolers and we needed that new fridge to work. We found Ed. He saved the day!! He found out how to take the refrigerator out of demo mode online, where I had already searched, and FaceTimed me through the process. Only charged us a nominal fee. Like I said, we will recommend Ed every time.
