Our warranty company has been dragging their feet with getting us an electrician and after a month and a half of not having a working oven and having limited use of our stove, we finally were assigned an electrician. It took 3 days for my husband to actually get a hold of someone here and when he did the guy said he "didn't want to drive all the way" to our area. He just refused. We live a little less than half an hour away. Now we are back to arguing with our warranty company to send someone else because this dude is too lazy to drive 20 minutes away. Don't bother calling them, sounds like they don't want any business.
