They took care of permits, coordination with Smud and inspectors quickly. I was more impressed when work started and blown away when completed. While final project completion was on time clean and above my expectations, the care Sam took with cleaning everything and patching the panel as if a professional home contractor had done the work was a pleasant surprise.
