Making the decision to “go” solar is expensive, scary and has lots of unknowns. We started with our first panels, 10 years ago and it was a successful endeavor. Five years later we added batteries. This journey has not been an easy path, Battery and invertor failures, and endless service calls. After five years we finally decided to change our approach to all these issues. Just replace the batteries. After weeks for research and reviews we found a unique company, Original Energy. They had no negative reviews, only positive interactions with their customers. We decide to reach out and see if they were as good as the reviews stated. What we found was group of men who were knowledgeable, whose business philosophy is to, yes sell energy, but really wanted to find out what their customers truly need. Ryan gave us information, tools and support to make the best decisions for us. Each member of the team and we do mean everyone totally understands their system. They can explain each element in plain English and told us if there were any problems or questions just reach out. This is not the current industry business model. We replaced our batteries and everything has changed. We are so very grateful for finding them and taking the risk to call them. Have been enjoying working with Jeff and his team. Started out with the inverter on the solar panels. The fellows have built stairs in the garage to the attic space. Quite the stairs!! And also a variety of other projects for us. The guys have done an excellent job. All of the fellows are very nice to work with, Will definitely use the company again.
