Jim Conrad Electric

I have American Home shield warranty for my home. They dispatched Jim Conrad electric. He sent out his worker on a very rainy day. Nice fellow. He Crawled Under the house, told all 3 of us that it was too wet and they would come back when it wasn’t raining. Never heard from him again. Called him he said he had to close out the work order because he gets penalized if over 90 days. Told me to place another work order I told him I paid 100.00 for that work order and you never did the work. Mind you WHEN CLOSING OUT THE WORK ORDER HE SAID REPAIRED AND COMPLETED - IS THAT NOT FRAUD.

Jim is always accommodating, professional, organized and charges a fair and reasonable fee. His employee, Shea, is friendly, has always arrived on time, phones ahead to let you know he's on his way, and works hard while he's here. I've used this company numerous times in the past few years, and it's always been a positive experience.

I have American Home Shield and they contracted this company for my service request. After reading the reviews I canceled my service request and I will pay my electrician out of pocket. I will say that when you see such horrible reviews then the occasional " He is the best electrician that ever walked the earth 5 star" you know the 5 stars are friends and family. I travel I 5 often and if someone is driving so poorly that they are putting others at risk to the extent they go to Google to review them then I do not want to spend a penny with them. Thank you to everyone who took the time to review this company good looking out. If your considering hiring them look at the ALL reviews then make your decision. Your decision may very well be different then mine.
