AAA hired ER Disaster Services, and they truly came to my rescue. After my builder, Legacy Homes of Willow Creek (MHP Builders), installed a damaged bathtub that ultimately failed, in this new house, water soaked the carpet, padding, and walls in my brand-new home. I had to file a homeowner’s insurance claim just to get the process moving, which was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, ER Disaster Services stepped in and handled everything properly. They ensured the affected areas were thoroughly dried and addressed the mold and fungus concerns. I’m now completely comfortable that the mitigation was done the right way. I had a pipe burst and called my insurance company. Lockwood enterprises showed up the same day to assess damage. The next day with a full crew. Not only did they move all my contents out of the house but boxed and marked where the box came from ( what room) and what was in boxes. Then they started to demo. They had over 30 fans and at least 7 dehumidifiers going until moisture level was low enough to remove fans. Everyone I met from Lockwood was professional and I believe cared about my needs. They showed up at appropriate times and and told me what they hoped to accomplish that day. They actually were able to save my lower cabinets that were installed one week before the flood. I would have given them 5 stars but they couldn't get anyone to deliver the container box for my personal items (ie, beds, clothing, pots and pans) for 5 days. So my personal belongings set wrapped on my porch. I would highly recommend them for water damage. I will write another review for them when they are done with the repairs. Jeff Horwitz French Gulch.
