SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties

I want to thank Servpro of North Shasta for helping my family with their water damage. Our shower was running for a long time and our drain was clogged. It flooded our entire bathroom out to the hallway and even into the next room. We had water damage between the walls, under the floor, etc! It was a difficult and frustrating time but this Servpro team was very kind and professional. They even handled everything with my insurance. I feel like they took care of everything so well that I didnt have to worry about anything. I appreciate them so much. If I can give 10 stars I would. I recommend 10/10.

Steve and his team were fantastic! Their response was incredibly timely, the work was excellent, and they resolved our water issue quickly and effectively. They also carefully saved our materials upon the necessary demolition work in the problem zone - so we were able to use them again once everything was dry. With a pregnant wife and young kids at home, their professionalism and care made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

If I could give Servpro of North Shasta a ten star review I would do so! They stepped in and helped me with a very complicated and difficult remediation that had been started by another company and not resolved properly, and Servpro North was amazing. Stephen (manager) and Jorge (supervisor) were very knowledgeable and professional, and their attention to detail was excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they were very supportive throughout the extreme emotional challenges and stress that came with this situation. They really cared about putting my mind at ease about everything. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
