I had a "standing water " damage over 3/4's of my home starting 5/25/26. I attempted to wet/dry vac first 6-9 hrs., then notified insurance on Tuesday,5/27/26 after Monday holiday. From that call until today, 6/16/26, I have nothing to cudos and attaboys . Mike ,along with his team, Amanda, Zach, Justin,Dillion, Angelina, and Alex communicated well ,worked continuously when here, were friendly, professional and courteous. We customers are usually devastated looking at our damage to property and personal items. They definitely realized those issues and took care when handling items. They shared my grief when they had to inform me of keepsake items and furniture that had to be disposed of. I would highly recommend this team to others and want to thank them all.

I spoke with ServiceMaster after letting them know I received a quote from another company. They told me confidently, that their bid would be less, which is why I agreed to pay their fee for the assessment. I was told it would take a few days, possibly a week to receive an estimate and bill. Close to a month later, I just received a bill for the estimate, but without an estimation for the work. After requesting the estimate paperwork, it was well over double the amount of estimate of the original company I was going to work with. I just wish they would've been upfront and not have charged me the assessment fee if they knew it was going to be a bigger job than they thought.

Yes. I am very pleased by Service Master's diligence and professionalism. They were timely in assessing my water damage claim. I also want to express my appreciation for Ryan Gilleon for his time and professional service he provided. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable, answering challenging questions.
