We had a bad and unprofessional experience with 916 Roofing. They brought in a crew to re-roof, and that part was fine. But we also had a skylight done and as confirmed by the contractor who did remedial work, the framing was incorrect with a 40" span of unsupported plywood, incorrect method of building the curb, and the skylight was misaligned so that we couldn't sheet rock it. This was all after we had to insist on getting them to redo the flashing to professional standards because it leaked on first rainfall due to incorrect roof penetrations (their initial remedy was just caulking). Despite multiple polite requests to remedy their work, they refused to answer communications after the initial flashing remediation.
