From the day that Ryan Lewis came out to give me a quote until the day my roof was completed, I’ve had nothing but confidence in the quality of the work being done. We needed a new roof, and we needed it fast! I called several roofing companies requesting bids and Sun's Roofing was the first to respond. The following morning, I met with Project Manager Ryan Lewis. He informed me of the condition of the old roof, and the process for replacement. I was so impressed with Ryan and his knowledge of roofing that I chose Sun's Roofing on the spot. Ryan was in constant communication throughout the project. He was with me from start to finish, matching roof tile selection, flashing, and vents to city permits and inspections. Ryan kept me updated on the roofers' progress and any needs that arose. The roofers did a wonderful job. The men were professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond the requirements of the removal, replacement and cleanup of the roof. Wonderful work, great communication, above and beyond in all areas! Suns roofing has been helping me for years with small patches on my roof when needed- including following up with personal text messages when it rained to make sure the patch job was working. I felt they were totally honest with me when they finally told me I needed the entire roof done. I loved how much detail Ryan gave me when explaining what needed to be done and why. He also worked with me to make choices that allowed me to stay within my budget. Their estimate was handled professionally and reasonably priced. Jake & JJ were sent to do the actual roof replacement and they were kind, communicative, addressed my concerns, answered my questions, and even connected with my neighbors when needed. The roof looks amazing and they cleaned up the site better than ANY contractor I have ever worked with (and I’ve been a homeowner for 8 years). Highly recommend!
