Gold Country Roofing, Inc.

We have used Gold Country Roofing twice since moving to Grass Valley. Their work is so professional and the finished roofs are great. They even replaced a broken skylight in my bathroom when they replaced the roof on my ADU. I recommend that company to anyone who might need a new roof.

Their bid was very competitive and the business is employee owned, established 45 years ago. Ben the sales rep is very knowledgeable and advised that once in contract if an issue developed prior to my due date they would take steps to mitigate the issue. During the 1 big storm a vent gasket started to leak resulting in 1st floor leaking. I called Ben and he was onsite the next morning at 8:30 and replaced the failing gasket and a 2nd one that was also in bad shape. After that experience I requested my roof replacement due date be moved to 1st available date, much to my surprise we had a few dry days. The shingles were removed on day 1 and a fair of underlayment installed. Even more surprising was that job was completed on day 2 with as many as 10 men working.

We had an excellent experience with Gold Country Roofing. Out of several quote appointments, Gold Country is the only one of two that got back to us. Their quote was fair and they really helped us solve the problem we had. Ben and Shannon's communication was EXCELLENT. They worked with our schedule and their team completed the project on schedule.
