Legacy Plumbing Two simple questions: Would I hire Legacy Plumbing again? Would I recommend them to family and friends? The answer is yes, without hesitation. Here is my experience: I needed a plumber to do the rough-in work for a kitchen and bathroom renovation on my house. The renovation is permitted and I am acting as the owner/builder GC. Most good subcontractors are very busy these days and this situation was no exception. As I am new to the area I asked around for recommendations and came up with a list of four plumbers for consideration. I met with all four and I solicited bids from three of the four. There was quite a price range in the bids and while cost was not the deciding factor, I chose Andrew Young, owner of Legacy Plumbing to do the work. I found Legacy’s pricing to be fair, reasonable, and ultimately a good value for money. First off, Andrew’s communication was excellent. He is very personable and returned phone calls, followed up without prompting and took the time to visit the site twice during the interview process. Nothing is more frustrating to me that being unable to communicate with a contractor or business and Andrew was off to a great start in this regard. Andrew’s written bid was straightforward and encompassed everything that we had discussed during the site walkthrough. Payment terms are simple and very fair. Andrew clarified a few questions that I had regarding the job and his answers told me everything I needed to know and I signed the contract for the work. We agreed upon a start date and an approximate schedule for completion. Andrew called prior to arriving on the first work date to let me know what time he would begin work. I was impressed with Andrew’s work ethic, workmanship, and his “get it done” attitude. He completed all work on time and on schedule as promised. Upon review by the compliance inspector, all of the work passed inspection and I can now move on with the next phase of the project. Legacy Plumbing offers a full line of plumbing services including repairs and inspections and although I have only used them for a retrofit/renovation, I have no doubt that their commitment to customer service will be appreciated regardless of the nature of the job. In today’s world it’s all too common to find negative reviews and it makes me happy to post an honest review of a very positive experience with a local contractor. Thanks Andrew.

Amazing crew-Drew and Trey. Drew communicated with me through the entire remodel. He and Trey did outstanding work. During the inspection, not a thing needed to be changed because they do the right job the first time. Fairly priced, quality work and outstanding service. Best of Class!
