Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I put in a request for plumbers in the area bc of a blocked kitchen sink drain through a Google search after I had spent the previous night using a sink plunger to no avail. I immediately got a text and a phone call from Monica at Roto Rooter’s call center. Even though it wasn’t an emergency, Alejandro was able to come out within an hour. He was polite, efficient and after assessing the situation, answered all my questions and immediately unblocked the clogged pipe with a motorized drain snake auger. Although I thought the price was a little high compared to some of the other companies that I had gotten text quotes from, the fact that I was able to actually speak to a live person made all the difference in them getting my business. All through my childhood I’d heard their ad jingle on radio and TV but never had a need to use their services. I have to say that their jingle describes exactly what their kind of service provides. Highly recommend.

Amazing service in time of busy times and need. Jorge was quick to show up, after my initial call with Mike. We needed to replace our corroded shut off valve before in time for Christmas and they delivered for sure. I am glad to have found a reliable and trustworthy service.
