My Plumber Inc.

My plumber that I had used for several years moved to Mexico. This last Sunday we had our daughter and son-in-law over for dinner. Natrually, a the supply line to the water heater failed. I called My Plumber and was glad I did. Rafael and his son Rafael showed up on Monday and they quickly assessed the problem. I asked them to replace the Recirculating Pump, Check Valve, and Turn off Valve while they had everything apart. The next day Rafael Jr showed up with all the shiny new parts. The work was impeccable (I'm a ver fussy customer). The pump is whisper quiet, the soldering and pipe fitting was perfect, and the system flushed. Rafael used a method I had never seen before. Fittings were sealed using compression. More expensive but job looks great. Quality is expensive but I have no regrets using My Plumber.

Rafael Jr. came out to help with a broken pipe repair in concrete. He dealt with it in an hour and some change. Was super polite and answered all the questions from functionality to cost. This company has been reliable, upfront, and very kind to my family the last few years we have had issues with our houses old copper pipes which we plan on getting replaced soon(again with Rafeal & Rafeal Jr). I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the work we ask them to do no matter how simple or complex. Both father and son are competent, licensed, and insured so you know the work they do and from what I have seen is phenomenal.

Rafael and his team were amazing! The sewer line at my elderly Mother's home was backed up, leaving her without access to her bathroom. Rafael and his team came in and immediately gave her back some comfort with the use of her facilities while they looked into the problem to repair it. Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reasonable rates compared to the other quotes we received from big-company plumbers. I highly recommend Rafael and wish we had found him sooner.
