Caleb and Monterey Coastal Plumbing were outstanding from start to finish. I noticed a water leak at about 5:30 PM and used the Thumbtack app to find help. MCP responded within minutes and assured me they would have someone out first thing in the morning. Caleb arrived right on time, friendly, professional, and clearly highly skilled. He assessed the situation, disassembled the faulty unit, and took it with him to ensure he returned with the right parts. Upon his return, Caleb reassembled everything. We turned the water back on, and Caleb stayed to make sure everything was working perfectly and leak-free. Caleb and Monterey Coastal have my business and my loyalty. They are my go-to for all plumbing needs. In a situation that is usually incredibly stressful, Caleb and MCP provided total peace of mind, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Monterey Coastal Plumbing/GP piping did an outstanding job removing old and damaged cast iron sewer and other water pipes from under my house and replacing them with new ABS. They added several additional clean outs as well and fixed a non functioning vent. It was a difficult job with a lot of crawl space work and digging but the staff (Michael and Caleb) were awesome to work with. Easy to speak with, positive, and flexible with ideas and change orders. I’ve used them in the past, this is the second time, and they came thru again and got the work done right. I will use again! Thank you.
