I am so grateful to have found Justin, Ben, and Ashley! They treat me as if I am their only customer and worked to establish a relationship with me as a client. Everything about the fix was great until I got the bill. Just be aware that they will charge $135/hour for their drive time from Marina and back and they will round up. I have never had a contractor charge me for that - apparently it is somewhat common, but I was not told that they would be charging me for drive time in advance.

I called to have my tankless water heater serviced and right from my first call I liked the service. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and personable. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with scheduling an appointment. The plumber arrived for our appointment on schedule and got right to work. He was efficient and did a great job. I paid the amount that I was quoted and he was done. The next day I got a follow up phone call about my experience. Which I thought was a nice touch. I'd recommend them to my friends.
