JR Putman Heating & Air

Got a new HVAC system last August. It seems to run great. My issue is with the required permitting/ inspections. JR Putman gives you paperwork explaining that you only have so many days to get these inspections done. You have to go through their 3rd party company for the first inspection, which took over 6 months and so many calls on my end. They finally came out in March but for whatever reason couldn't give me all the paperwork I needed. Three more phone calls and I got that. Then the City of Rancho came out in April and it didn't pass. I have called at least 3 more times asking them to please come make the corrections. Each time I'm asked why it didn't pass. Shouldn't JR Putman have that information??? Why won't they come and fix this? It's been almost a year. You can spend $19,000 on a new system anywhere. Spend it with a company that respects you and is going to treat you like a priority not only before but after they get your money. I'll be filling complains with the appropriate entities. Update: After speaking with a manager I was put on the schedule for this morning. They no showed and no one called me.

This is the third time I’ve used JR Putman, and overall I’ve had positive experiences with the company. If I need HVAC services again in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. Martin installed my new heating and air conditioning system, and there were many things he did exceptionally well. He was professional, courteous, and polite throughout the entire installation. He also did an outstanding job keeping my home clean during the process, which I truly appreciated. For his cleanliness and respect for my home, he earns an A+. The only area that needs improvement was the reinstallation of the trim work around the furnace. Unfortunately, the caulking was not done neatly, the trim wasn’t properly aligned, and some paint ended up on the front of the furnace cover, which I’ll now have to clean off. I’ll also need to have someone correct the trim work so it looks the way it should. Despite those finishing details, the installation itself was completed professionally, and my overall experience with JR Putman has continued to be a positive one. I appreciate the company’s commitment to customer service and would gladly use them again in the future

JR Putnam is a professional company with excellent technicians. They explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. They replaced my HVAC system in 2022. They showed me the parts that were worn out. They have done a great job of maintaining my HVAC. They respond rapidly to any problems. Tyler came out on Sunday to fix my broken thermostat. I have gotten great service from JR Putnam.
