Sean kept every promise made during the sales process and has been extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests, even after the installation was complete. The new system works better than expected, and our utility bills are now less than half of what they were with our previous HVAC system. I was able to reach Sean after 5PM on a Friday and explained that our AC unit had stopped blowing cool air. We had been experiencing temperatures of 100 and up so our home was very uncomfortable. Sean added us to his schedule for the very next morning and stayed in contact with an arrival time. He was professional, pleasant and was able to quickly diagnose the issue.
