Good Guys Heating & Cooling

Good Guys saved the day! Our bathroom ceiling was suddenly caving in due to a leak from the air conditioner we suspected. I called Good Guys after hours and Butch was at our house within an hour and a half to take a look and figured out exactly what was going on. Our heating and air unit was old and they discovered what was causing the leak and found fire hazards we had no idea was happening! We have had our heating and air unit inspected and serviced several times and previous service people never found these issues that good guys discovered. It’s a good thing We found good guys, because the next Emergency would have been a fire, And they showed us pictures where some insulation Had already burned in the past. Then they came back first thing in the morning with a new Heating/AC unit and got to work! They used a big crane to get the unit up and the old unit down… pretty impressive! New units and installation are not cheap for heating and air of course, so they were kind enough to help us process the loan we needed also. It was quick and easy. We are very happy with Good Guys Work and professionalism, and grateful for their help. Our new AC is working great, so far so good!
