The people make the business, from the office staff to the guys in the shop handling all materials. All around great experience every time I go, and I frequent this establishment regularly.

Horrible customer service. I was yelled at because I took a couple of screws off the dump trailer. They charged me $32 for a sprocket, it’s $15 on Amazon

I called to get some information on a repair for my garage door opener and I spoke with Livon... She was wonderfully helpful to me even though I had already told her I needed repair on my GD opener, and my door was rolling fine. (They don't repair GD openers) She volunteered that info that the manufacturer will send me the part I needed for free and gave me leads for servicers who would do the repair since her company doesn't work on GD openers. I didn't have to ask her for this information once I told her my issue she happily gave me all the information... When I do need service on my door I will only call this company! I truly felt valued by her during this call... thanks Livon!!
