Sam is great! He works and owns his own company, so that helps reduce on overhead costs that are often passed on to the customer. He did a free assessment on our garage door intermittently not closing, and let us know the garage door unit/motherboard is old and will probably crap out on us soon. The assessment was similar to another company that came out earlier that week, but Sam quoted us for around $1k, while the other company quoted us for around $1.5k with service fees. He came on time, was super professional, worked quick, and didn't add extra fees when it came time to pay. He also installed a smart camera, garage door controller, and outdoor keypad. He came back a second time to replace the garage door seal since he didn't have the correct seal fit the first time around. Same, professional, nice, quick. Accepts cash, personal check, Venmo, so convenient to pay. Definitely recommend him if you're in the greater Sac area for all your garage door needs. I believe he also does minor house repairs and painting! :D

Sam treated my garage door, and my home with respect and he maintained cleanliness during and after his work was complete.
