They provided a quote that was significantly lower than another company's estimate, making the decision an easy one. Although they are based in Sacramento, they were willing to travel all the way to Marysville to help us. Our garage door cables had become tangled, leaving the door inoperable. After inspecting everything, it became clear that the door had likely been installed improperly/poorly. During the repair, he replaced the springs and rollers, fixed the track, and even corrected several additional issues he discovered along the way at no extra charge. The door is now working better than it ever has. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and informative throughout the entire process.
