They called ahead to let me know they were coming. Left the area cleaner than they found it. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. They cleaned up after themselves, which honestly I wasn't expecting. Would the scheduling thing have been annoying at another company? Probably. But the end result more than made up for it.
