This was my first time visiting the Santa Rosa Lumber Liquidators, and I had a first-class experience with Ken and Jose. These guys were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of flooring looks available and equally impressed by the very reasonable price points. As someone who works in the home improvement industry myself, I can confidently say this location stands out. I’ll be delighted to send clients their way when the opportunity arises. We had a great experience here. The staff was very knowledgeable very helpful and did not hesitate to answer questions honestly. In fact, we had almost looked over the clearance section when the worker pointed out something that fit our needs perfectly with the perfect amount of sq ft. that was needed, and cost half the price, and still high quality 7mm thickness. Sonia and Jose assisted us and were a pleasure to work with, would definitely come back without hesitation!

It took us a while to make some decisions but Ken, the store manager at the Santa Rosa store, was extremely patient and very helpful. The shopping experience and support provided by Ken and Jose are among the best you'll find. Their recommendations on flooring and accessories have resulted in a beautiful new floor throughout nearly half of our house. Thanks again and great work!
