We recently had Liz and her team replace our carpeted stairs and upstairs flooring to LVP and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Liz helped us narrow down the best options based on our discussions and was more than willing to bring in more samples until we knew for sure. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Liz Edwards at Floor Coverings International of Napa. From the first visit we found Liz to be knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and relaxed. She brought in several samples of flooring that not only met our expectations, but our budget too. Liz left samples with us to consider over the next few days. No pressure to buy or make a decision. The flooring material was delivered by Liz days ahead of installation. The installation went smoothly. Liz’s installers were friendly, neat and productive. There were a couple of minor issues (squeaks and a transition strip at the entry door) that were handled smoothly and without a hitch. We found Liz to have a lot of integrity as a business owner.
