All Pro Floors

From start to finish, my experience with All Pro Floors was extremely pleasant. Their website was easy to navigate, and the showroom staff was friendly and courteous. When the samples I was interested in weren’t available in the store, they quickly reached out to request them. The measurement process was simple, and Carlos took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Not only did they request the sample I was interested in, they even hand-delivered it to my door. We loved the sample, the price was reasonable, and we decided to move forward. All Pro Floors was flexible and understanding when we needed to reschedule due to a refrigerator delivery delay. Installation day went smoothly—the installers were friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They even returned the next day to take care of a few touch-ups. The floor looks fantastic, and we would highly recommend All Pro Floors.

We had the best experience with Carlos and All Pro Floors! They recommended hickory engineered hardwood for our new house renovation and it turned out FANTASTIC. They also refinished some original hardwoods that were salvageable! They were efficient and detailed. Cannot recommend enough!

Carlos and his crew did excellent work. Very courteous and timely, and the end result was amazing! We did engineered hardwood, ripping up carpet in a master bedroom, home office, and stairs with landing. All areas turned out great. Will use All Pro again, highly recommend.
