Empire Floors

Empire Floors just completed our kitchen floor: refinished & re-stained our existing hardwood, and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Ray was our contact person; he was very responsive to all phone calls/emails. He made follow up phone calls and answered our questions timely. He even came back to move the fridge back to its location. Jorge did the actual floor refinishing, and he did a fantastic job. I cannot adequately describe our satisfaction with Empire Flooring and how amazing our floors look. We were especially grateful to work with Jon Rapollo. He was calm, approachable, funny and extremely patient. Jon also saved us thousands of dollars when he recommended we keep and refinish our hard wood floors instead of installing engineered flooring. Good thing, too, because we ended up with STUNNING red oak floors throughout the home. Everyone who sees these floors are bowled over at their beauty and the difference Empire made from dingy to beyond spectacular. Empire Flooring crew was THE BEST - extremely efficient, clean, quick, knowledgeable, and respectful. They took great pride in their work and didn't get so much as a nick on any walls. Empire Flooring was without a doubt one of the best remodeling experiences we've ever had and we are excited to use them for my mom's house this summer. We have used Empire Floors for new installation of flooring in 3 houses and re-varnishing these floors after years of use.
