Big Shout out for local business! A friend of mine who just put new carpet and wood flooring throughout her four bedroom three bath home highly recommended Ken’s Carpet and Flooring when I told her I wanted to put new flooring in my bedroom. I thought, haha, they are not going to want to do one small bedroom, but I was wrong! If you’re looking for flooring from people who genuinely care about their customers, I can’t recommend Ken’s Carpets & Flooring highly enough. My project was tiny—just one bedroom—but felt that I was treated with the same care and attention as someone pitting carpeting and flooring in an entire house! The selection was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. What really impressed me was that the service didn’t end after the installation. When I had questions about how to properly clean and care for my new carpet, Ken personally emailed me detailed instructions along with some fascinating carpet-care tips that I never would have known and I’m sure would never have found by searching on AI. It was true experience-based advice you could only get from someone who’s spent decades in the business. I strongly suggest whether you’re replacing flooring in one room, or an entire house and looking for a great deal and personalized service (not a big box store) do yourself a favor and check them out. If you are looking for a remnant check out their back room - it’s packed with carpet remnants in all sizes! It’s was refreshing to find a true mom-and-pop business that still believes in exceptional customer service. Obviously, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality & service. I have used Ken’s Carpets over the years. So, naturally I returned when we moved to a condo with cheap, white carpets installed to sell the unit. With a black furry dog, they had to go. The selection that Ken and Ann showed me was overwhelmingly. But, I easily was able to find carpets to my liking. The installer was very skilled and professional. I highly recommend this local business.

Well-deserved 5-stars! Ken knows his stuff, and his installers did a super-clean installation. Ken suggested the perfect carpet for a condo that was going on the market. I highly recommend Ken's Carpets!
