Being in real estate I have worked with hundreds of vendors, contractors, and architects. I been a real estate investor for 15 years and with the investments I've made (all needing repairs/remodeling/etc) I have not found a better team than the one at epic spaces. Working with Todd was amazing. I’ve done two significant projects with him. The first was featured/aired on HGTV that he directed the Design/Constuction of was an estate landscape remodel in Lafayette CA. Absolutely raw talent. Todd is passionate and full of joy while creating a solution tailored to my needs. A bit intense, but sincerely genuine perusing the projects perfection. A decade later Todd asked me to collaborate on his design of his home in Tiburon. Great addition to my portfolio, but I must admit, he was totally responsible for the project’s successful end result.
