⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have now hired Wilber and Make It Right Construction for multiple projects, including interior remodeling work and, most recently, the replacement of our old balcony railing. Our original balcony railing had become weathered, deteriorated, and unsafe. We wanted to replace it with a custom design that matched the style of our home and complemented our recent improvements. Wilber took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered a beautiful finished product featuring white trim and horizontal redwood slats that completely transformed the appearance of our home. Throughout the project, Wilber was responsive, easy to work with, and committed to making sure we were happy with the final result. Any questions or concerns that came up were addressed professionally and promptly. It was clear that customer satisfaction was important to him and his team. We had a similarly positive experience when Make It Right Construction completed interior remodeling work in our home. We worked with MIR earlier this year to replace and rebuild our two story deck and we couldn’t be happier with how our deck turned out! The project was a big one— we live on a big hill and it required extensive drilling to replace the piers that had previously been there. They demoed our old rotting deck and completely transformed our space with composite decking that looks amazing. They also gave great guidance on colors and design, which made a big difference. One of the best parts was how easy they made everything. They handled all the city inspections and approvals, stayed on budget, and kept things moving right on schedule. Communication was always clear and consistent. Wilber Sr’s team was respectful, tidy, and just really pleasant to have around. They were also so sweet with our kids, who were completely fascinated by the whole process. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work—the attention to detail really shows. I ended up only bidding with them, so I can’t speak to how their pricing compares to other contractors but I found the cost extremely reasonable given the complexity of the project. And I could tell Wilber and Wilber Sr. were trustworthy guys, so had no hesitancy awarding the project to them without multiple bids. I’m glad we did because we are thrilled with their work. Now I have a long list of projects I want to bring them back for! I very happily recommend Make It Right for all your home projects!

Wilbur’s team did a fantastic job with our kitchen island remodel. In addition to expertly framing the extension, they added shaker style paneling to match our cabinets and it turned out better than I could have hoped. They treated our home with the utmost care and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
