We can't say enough about Ann Roberts, an Interior Architect at Floortex Design for her outstanding design and installation of our new kitchen during our recent remodel. Ann's architectural sensibility and attention to detail is truly extraordinary and we love the end result of her work and our new, custom-ordered cherry cabinets from Crystal Cabinets. From our first consultation with Floortex and Ann's precise architectural plans to the highly-detailed coordination with our contractor and suppliers, Ann and the entire team truly surpassed our expectations. Great customer service. I am a local homeowner with limited experience in flooring but with a handymen disposition. The team here was able to guide me on repairing hardwood floor patches that were left open after a significant remodel where doors were moved in my house. They provided free hardwood scraps which were a perfect oak match to my floors. I was originally quoted $2,000 to patch my floors, but after Floortex' help I was able to finish the project myself for $27.
