The vast majority of customers at Galleher appear to be contractors, but why would you discourage DIYer's from being your customers as well. The first thing Kevin said to me when I said I'm looking for Bona hardwood floor products to do my own floor was, "you should have a professional do it." Seriously?! What do you care if I screw up my own floor, and what do you know about my capabilities? Obviously, that's not the reason for my review. Nor was it his chilly attitude. Two things earned this 3 star review - 1) Bad customer service (I get it, the place is for contractors that are familiar with the differences in the products, but I'm sorry - a little help goes a long ways). He had me walking out of there with the wrong products for my needs. I accept a bit of fault here as I should have put in more time researching them, but I thought someone familiar with them would be helpful. My bad. 2) I wasn't told about any kind of restocking fee, either when I bought the initial products or when I returned them to get the stuff I actually needed. If you're not going to provide guidance to your customers, then at least notify them to go do their own due diligence and come back when they've figured it out cause of the restocking fee. All the other reviews here are positive, which makes me think I just happened upon the wrong guy. I don't appreciate being charged extra without being told. One cannot buy Bona hardwood floor restoration products at any old hardware store - there are only a handful of distributors. So I get that your main customers are contractors, but it makes no sense to alienate DIYer's that can only source what they need from your store.

Great to do business with. Excellent Customer service. Take care of their customer's and I can't say enough good things. They all deserve raises for sure, great attitudes.
