I found FloorOnline, by luck, online. I drove to their location in San Rafael and had the good fortune to meet Blair, son of the owner, who became my main contact. I went home and took a picture of what I wanted sanded and stained. He was able to determine square footage etc. Almost immediately I got a reply. The estimate seemed reasonable and I accepted it without getting any others. Blair came to the house to check out the job and arranged for his hardworking team to start the job. I was included in all decisions. Before sanding, everything in the kitchen was carefully and completely covered. Sample colors were tried on the sanded floor and was clearly able to see which color I wanted. Team was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Estimated time for completion was exact. Blair and his crew were the most on time people I have ever worked with. We liked the work so much, we immediately hired them for a second, larger job with the same results!

The installer, Jorge did a beautiful job laying the pre-finished flooring and creating seemless transitions between rooms, lacing in hardwood that needed to be replaced, and sanding and refinishing the original hardwood which had become discolored and uneven. The floors all blend seemlessly and we are thrilled with the final result.
