I had a very positive experience communicating with Alberto. The virtual video call to assess the size and cost of repair for our fence was quick and easy, he walked me through the process of selecting the correct fence type and provided me a quote within a few minutes. He was also able to help divide the cost with my neighbor into separate quotes so it was easy and clear for all parties involved. I also appreciate the quick response and turnaround for all my follow up questions. I will write a follow up for the actual install of the fence but so far I am happy with the service. UPDATE: installation was smooth and quick, it took the installers about 3 hours to replace ~64ft of fence. Thank you also to our project manager Alexandra and installer Agustin. The whole process was easy and well managed by the company.

Our fence was falling down, so I and the neighbor decided to get it replaced. I called the last person who's done the back fence and the price was high. My neighbor found this company and got a nice quote, less expensive so I was a little concerned. After the quote was in, we're ready to do it. Our requirements were demolition, removal of old fence and installed new NO-SIDE fence with Redwood planks. Everything was confirmed and the price split in 2, I pay mine and he pays his, we use credit card to set up payment. The first appointment was canceled and the second was done in one day. Alessandra was the coordinator and she did a great job making sure everything to our convenience. I wasn't home while they started and finished the job, my neighbor was there. The job was done beautifully. I'm very pleased. Will I refer this company to my friends and families? Yes, of course.

I am complaining big time about this company and the installation has not even been done yet. I needed fence installed and contacted Home Depot and they gave me Ergeon-I spoke to Julio and received the estimate. I was waiting for the insurance check and decided to use my Home depot charge--no problem so far. The came in trying to contact the company to get my installation date. I called their number and received a message saying the person handling my acct was not available--they are never available-i was given excuses as they were off, they were on maternity leave, then they were off again and the person handling her stuff was on lunch break. I was told that I would receive a call back from them 3 times and still have not received a call back from anyone. All needed to know was the installation date and every customer svc person I spoke too I got the same run around and no call back.
