We are thrilled with our new Trex deck. From our 1st phone call with Carmen, to our appt with Zach and Drew, who helped us design it, to Gilbert, Mr. Mino, and Francisco, who brought it to life in just 2 weeks, the entire team was professional and responsive. They answered our questions throughout the build, the workmanship was top notch, and the area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Happy to recommend the crew at Golden Gate Builders Group.

This company was referred to me by a friend since we needed to repair the exterior wall. From the time I called for an estimate to the time when the project was completed, the service was excellent. Leo, the project manager, was especially helpful in the walk through and the estimate. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. The project was completed in reasonable time and within budget. Through out the project, Leo was always on top of things.

We used Golden State Builders to handle siding replacement and painting of our home. The original siding on our home had wood rot and needed repair and the home needed a to be repainted after the siding install. The original siding on our home is not readily available these days but Golden State Builders was able to precure it for us which saved us a ton of money because we were able to just repair those spots that needed work and not have to do the whole home. Leonardo (Leo) Di Sabatino was the project manager and he did an outstanding job! I would give him 6 stars easy. He made sure that the process was as smooth as possible even with the few hiccups here and there. He was always ready to hear any issues we might have and made sure that the project was done to exacting standard. The only issue we had was with their billing department where they would send us invoices for weird amounts that did not match up to the agreed upon amounts in the contract. Here again Leo was there and made sure we were taken care of and that the billing was sorted out. I would definitely recommend Golden State Builders and especially Leo if you are looking for a top tier contractor to make sure your job is done correctly and the way you want it done!
