It’s refreshing to work with a professional residential contractor that does what he says. Fabian is creative, hard working, gives great attention to detail, a true craftsman and enjoyable to work with. I gave him one (most other jobs are straightforward) particularly difficult task and he and his crew exceeded all expectations. I rely on him for his council and advice. I have 25 yrs experience in commercial property mgmt and commercial construction management. I’ve worked with many contractors and Fabian and his crew are first class. His crew has a great rhythm and do pretty much every aspect of the job without subs. Highly recommended!!! Great crew!!!

Lucio and his crew were great to work with. Prompt everyday, worked hard, and took care of my property while on site. Anything that came up he was quick to address and adjust as needed. Shop is solid and looks great! Photo attached is before it was completed, but shows what they were doing.

Absolutely the most amazing company we’ve ever done business with! Lucio and Yessenia came out personally to look over the scope of the job and were the nicest and most down to earth people! To give a bit of information about the job, home built in 1952 on a raised foundation, floors were sagging in areas and needed structural support. Also we had LVP plank flooring installed 3 years ago and we had an area where the planks were all coming apart due to the uneven floor. Lucio is not just the General Contractor and owner but also a General Engineer. He went under the house and knew what needed to be done. The correct way to fix it would require several support beams and footings running the length of the house. Our home doesn’t have much of a crawl space so we knew how difficult this work would be to complete. We decided that after they had finished supporting the floors we would get another estimate from Lucio to fix the gaps in the LVP plank flooring. Cesar and Armando started the work on Monday after we signed the contract. The work was going to take one week to complete and they finished it and more! They showed up every day right on time and worked hard getting the footings in and beams run in such a tight space. It was so impressive! And we cannot say enough about how nice these two gentlemen are. They cleaned up so well every day so that nobody could tell there was construction happening! They work well together and do excellent work! They work very hard, they are meticulous in their finish work, and they clean everything better than it was before they get there! Also Lucio came by several times during the week to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. Did I say he is a nice man? One of the nicest! About Thursday of that week Lucio called me to say that Cesar and Armando would try to get the LVP flooring fixed too. He said he wasn’t going to charge more for it because they had some extra time and he would include it. We were shocked and so appreciative of the extra work they were going to do for us! They proceeded to remove about 4 feet of flooring the width of our living room. Due to a very shoddy installation, they spent most of the day repairing what the installers had done to the subfloor. The next day they did a professional LVP flooring installation and leveled our floors! It was wonderful and so generous to include that extra work! That was not part of the contract! We also have to say that we were so happy that Yessenia and Lucio came by with their darling baby grandson and daughter and they have the sweetest family! The bottom line and what you’re reading this review for is to find out if this company is going to do a good job for you. There is absolutely no better choice you’re going to be glad you made by hiring Brothers Vasquez Construction! Just do it! Call them and hire them. There is nothing bad to say about anything with this company. They are hands down the only company we will call if we ever need any other work!
