Tulare Window Tint and Auto Glass

DONT COME HERE !!! I made a appointment told Agustine, which apparently is the manager of the business how much it would be for window tinting all my car and he quoted me 169 then at the time of an appointment he came out and charged me more than what I was quoted, which $260 then My back driver window got messed up and they said that it wasn’t their fault that the dealer had told me the car like that which was a new car and the car wasn’t sold that way too. They messed up my sensor, which was the front window sensor and they stated that it was already messed up Before me going in, but those are all lies. Everything was operating correctly when I got there before nothing was broken. Nothing was messed up. They messed it up. Then Augustine has the To yell and insult and threaten that we’re liars and that he’s gonna take us to court and to show proof then he texted me tells me that I never told him that it was a 2025 which I did. I have text messages and receipts to prove that. Their car was taken to the dealer today 714 2025 and the dealer stated that yes it was because of the Tint the sensor got messed up and the window got messed up because of the To try to put the tint on that window and they’re trying to say that it wasn’t them so please don’t go really unprofessional the The so-called manager supposedly I Augustine has no respect over women. He causes them liars assault them over the phone verbally then lies about it if you take your car here and it messes up and they did it they will not take responsibility for it. Be aware. That’s the price only for one part they messed up, not including the Labor‼️

10 am to after 7 pm car wasn’t done , they got the back wet from removing tint and caused speakers not to work ! The brake light didn’t work on top had to replace . No communication , continue to do other cars while our just sat there . When our car got there before all the other cars . Shitty customer service no communication. The car was taken there before this to ask about the window and they said to remove old tint would be better . They are the professionals who made the recommendation to have them remove it. We had to leave after 9 hrs with car back window not complete. Would never take another car here again !!!

Do not recommend this place. Look elsewhere please. They scratched my windows completely and said “it’s normal and part of the process”. I’ve had other cars tinted before and never dealt with scratches on my windows like this. He left a RAZOR BLADE on my seat. Yes A RAZOR BLADE on my seat. I spoke up about how unsatisfactory the tiny job was and coincidentally the spray bottle spilled on my drivers seat. Now my car smalls like ammonia and vinegar. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!
