We had an outstanding experience with American Home Renewal. They replaced 11 original bedroom and bathroom windows in our home and also completed a beautiful high-end siding installation. From start to finish, the entire project was handled with professionalism, excellent craftsmanship, and real attention to detail -- all at a very reasonable price. They were great to work with throughout the process. He was responsive, reliable, and made sure everything stayed on track. His crews were equally impressive. The window installers, including Vlad, were efficient, respectful, and kept the work areas clean every day. The siding installers, including Dmitri, did exceptional work and clearly took pride in the quality of the finished product. What stood out most was how dependable everyone was. They showed up when promised, worked hard, communicated well, and delivered exactly what they said they would. The finished windows and siding look fantastic and have completely upgraded the look and feel of our home. High-quality work, fair pricing, and a great overall relationship throughout the job. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend American Home Renewal.

The American Home Renewal team recently completed a full exterior refresh of our home including new pre-construction windows, insulation, sheathing, waterproofing, siding and trim. The work was excellent, the house looks great and the cost, while on the higher end of the 5 bids I got, was fair, particularly considering the quality of the work, outstanding experience with the crews and a few small extras that they included without tacking on change orders. A few specific things I'd highlight: * Chris (principal) was great to work with and our interaction was what really sold me on going with AHR in the first place. Clear, professional, incredibly thorough and detailed on the estimate, and when talking through the scope of the project. * Keith (the PM on the job) was always in touch, great about providing updates on progress, was VERY responsive when I had questions and was great about following up after the product to make sure things were cleaned up and the debris box was picked up in a timely manner. He also handled coordination with the electrician and the city on inspections/permitting. * The crews were super nice, courteous to my family, did exceptional work and didn’t leave a bunch of trash and debris all over the place (which I’ve often dealt with in the past with other companies) * Chris asked the crew to “give some love” to our front/back doors since the original remodel crew 7 years ago, did a crappy job hanging them and they were constantly sticking/hitting the frame. They rehung both doors at no charge and now they are so much better! * They finished 3 DAYS EARLY. When was the last time that happened on a construction project??!? Great group, across the board. Highest possible recommendation if you need remodel work done!

We recently had American Home Renewal install Hardie Board siding on our entire home for fire mitigation and woodpecker avoidance. From initial proposal to project completion, their team did an efficient, quality, professional job. They were able to complete the job in just 3 weeks finishing before the Christmas holiday. It looks great and we are very pleased. I would definitely hire them again.
