Purchased 4 large glass door sliders from Glass Concepts for a remodel. We were sold four very high-end (expensive) sliders that were poorly designed, such as no adjustment capabilities to ensure a proper fit, and the rubber weather gaskets were defective from installation. Months after installation, we were told that the product was no longer in production and that there were no replacement parts for faulty gaskets. I expected a higher level of product support from such a "high-end" supplier.
Walked into the showroom and spoke to owner Jeff Wilcox who, although not able to help with my small project, took time out of his schedule to give great advice and recommended other window dealers. High integrity/classy move. Thanks, Jeff.
