I brought in a piece of glass to be cut. They refused my request. The guy said “I assume this is tempered and would damage our cutter if we did.” Guess what buddy? It’s not tempered. You assumed wrong. Another shop cut it no problem. You didn’t even check for the tempered seal. It’s like you couldn’t be bothered with my small job. I have more work to be done but it won’t be with these clowns. They lost a customer for life.

Some of my home’s windows and doors experienced condensation between the double pane glass that in severe cases resulted in some rust at the base. The search for a window contractor or company to replace the many double paned glasses took over 6 months. I met with referrals and window companies, each offering conflicting information from the others. Some contractors said the job was too small: some of them said the job was too big. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. After I contacted Glass & Sash to replace the glasses, my project finally had traction. The individuals at Glass & Sash came to the house to see the windows, determined the scope of the work, took measurements, and provided an estimate within a week. They also discussed details such as tinted shades of the replacement glass for UV protection, and weather stripping around some windows. I could have saved myself 6 months of searching for someone, if I had discovered Glass & Sash first. Glass & Sash was extremely professional from start to finish. Their well-trained crew of 5 people came prepared at 8:00 AM . They protected the floors where they needed to walk to access the windows, moved and covered furniture to be out of harm’s way, erected scaffolding inside the house for an upper-level window above sliding doors, and displayed a serious and good attitude towards performing their jobs. It took them two days to complete 31 windows. I highly recommend Glass & Sash to my family and friends, as well as any person planning to replace their glass or windows. If I graded them on a 1 to 10 scale where 10 is the best, I would give them a 10. In today’ environment, it is a breath of fresh air to deal with a company who will do a fine job. Amir M.

We had a custom and rather large skylight project. Glass and Sash measured, made and installed the new skylight very smoothly. We felt we were in good hands all through the project.
