David came out to give me a quote for new siding and windows. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was about different window systems and siding styles. He offered me a a breakdown of every line item in detail and his pricing was very competitive! We will be using WRB Exteriors for all of our projects from here on out!
David was very prompt and communicative in the initial estimate. Provided me with various options for replacement windows and overall exterior of my home, all at a fair and competitive price. The installation process was very accommodating to my schedule and I can tell the installers were professionals with how they left my home looking cleaner than when they arrived! I would recommend WRB Exteriors for all my future needs as well as my friends and family!
I had a great experience with Picture Perfect Windows there customer service and products are excellent. David (Sales Manager) and Vatali (Operations Manager) were always on top of their game and provided me updates on when the windows and door would arrive from the manufacture in Utah. Once the products arrived at their warehouse in Sacramento they notified me and started installing the following week. Their crew arrived on-time and ready to go as scheduled. The crew was experienced and was able to answer any question that I had. The installation crew was efficient and cleaned up as they moved from to room. The crew finished the installation on time and Vatali completed a final inspection to make sure any items on the punch list were checked off. They installed new window sills and trim in all the bedrooms were they needed to increase the window size to meet the new egress construction requirements. The new windows provide much needed light to all the bedrooms. I purchased the windows and door with the exterior black trim this gave the house a very modern look and improved the curb appeal
